We brought our 2006 Nissan Ultima to Boise Automotive to resolve a problem with the key sensors that control the performance of the car.
After having the work done, the problem persisted so we brought it back to Rick to explain that the car was still not running properly.
After checking the part that was installed, Rick determined he had been sent the wrong sensor from his supplier. He recognized the problem and agreed to refund the full amount he had charged for parts and labor to do the initial work.
He was very apologetic and courteous.
I would highly recommend Boise Automotive Service to others based on how Rick responded to this problem.
Hey Jeff, thanks for your feedback, this is a great start to a resource other readers can use to make a decision to use Boise Automotive Service (Boise, ID) for service.
